We complete the vast majority of UK deliveries in-house using our own vehicle fleet and staff. All our deliveries include a white glove service, we will always place your outdoor furniture where you want it. To minimise our impact on the environment, we don’t use packaging or plastic wrapping and instead our pieces are carefully wrapped in furniture blankets.

During busy periods or for small items, we may occasionally use a third-party carrier to make sure your delivery is fulfilled in a timely manner.

Once payment has been completed we will be in touch to give you an expected delivery date. A week before we are due to deliver we will be in touch to confirm a convenient day and estimated time.

Our standard UK mainland delivery rate starts at £84 for any order under £4,000. For orders over £4,000, delivery starts at £168, plus £48 for each additional item up to a maximum of £408. Customers are welcome to collect their orders from our workshop near Alton, Hampshire. For in-stock items please allow 2-4 weeks to ensure that the items you have ordered have been readied for collection. Collection times for made to order items may vary, please contact our sales team for more information.

CAN THE Outdoor FURNITURE BE LEFT OUTSIDE ALL YEAR?

Yes, our outdoor furniture is fine to be left outside all year. If you have any concern about leaving it outside during the winter, we are able to make covers which will help to protect it against the elements. Additionally, we offer an aftercare service which helps to keep your outdoor furniture in the best condition.

WHERE IS YOUR outdoor FURNITURE MADE?

All our outdoor furniture is made by skilled craftsmen at our workshop at Lodge Farm near Alton, Hampshire.

DOES THE outdoor FURNITURE HAVE A WARRANTY?

All Gaze Burvill outdoor furniture comes with a 10 year warranty. Our aftercare service can help to extend the lifetime of a piece. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from improper maintenance, misuse, negligence, accidents, abuse or exposure to extreme climatic conditions.

WELCOME TO THE  GAZE BURVILL HIDDEN GEMS SALE

1. All items are sold as seen and non-refundable, any returns will be offset against a credit towards new furniture which needs to be redeemed within 7 days.

2. All items are available on a ‘first come first served’ basis.

3. We cannot reserve any pieces before or during the sale.

4. Priority will be given to those purchasing in person at Lodge Farm. Phone lines will open at 1.30pm on Saturday 15 October and close at 4pm for phone sales.

5. Sale items to be paid for in full at the point of sale.  We will accept a 50% deposit on A La Carte Kitchens and large dining sets.

6. All items to be either collected or delivered by Friday 28 October unless order includes made to order pieces in which case the deadline will be Thursday 15 December.

7. Delivery is extra and must be paid for at the time of purchase. Our standard delivery charges apply:
